Position Overview

Create and own the development for all customer code written to support the implementation for EBS. Support and develop custom code necessary to extend and implement Oracle EBS. Direct/manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the applications in this area, including the analysis, programming and maintenance activities. Work closely with senior IT and user management to ensure that the requirements for business systems projects and change requests are well understood, documented, developed, tested and maintained. Responsible for the integration with Business Partners

and other internal systems.

Job Description

• Work closely with IT Functional teams to develop the code needed to implement/extend the Oracle EBS.

• Direct/Manage and lead a team of 12 people, including 4 direct reports.

• Provide functional and technical management for business analysts and programming resources in the portfolio including setting priorities, coaching, reviewing work products and the reporting of team activities.

• Provide strong technical leadership directing hands on development and technical design in the Oracle landscape.

• Provide strong technical leadership directing development in PL/SQL and other technologies in the Oracle landscape: SQL, XlvfL, OAF, PL/SQL, ADF, Forms, Work.flow, Business Events, BPEL, BI Publisher.

• Oversee consultants and contractors assigned to projects or maintenance activities. Review of deliverables, adherence to SDLC and policies by third party resources.

• This position supervises four (4) employees with the following job titles: Architect, Principal Engineer,

• Senior Engineer, Trainee.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or closely related field and 10 years of experience in software engineering and design, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or closely related field and 8 years of experience in software engineering and design. Experience must include:

• 8 years with PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, and Workflow

• 5 years full life cycle Oracle EBS Applications implementation in multibillion dollar companies

• 3 years with ADF

• 3 years in a leadership role

Hybrid office/home work schedule. 25% domestic travel required.
