As the Associate Analyst, Procurement provides best-in-class information and analysis through data warehouse extraction, business intelligence, and expert collaboration; improving C&S's business decision making and operational efficiency/excellence through continual process and system improvements.

Job Description

• Full Time, Hybrid Role - post training

• Location: Keene, NH

You will contribute by:

• Completing ad hoc requests and projects in collaboration with other team members from the ticket queue by gathering requirements, setting and communicating a due date.

• Extracting data in the data warehouse and business intelligence system, and preparing summaries and recommendations to provide analytical support and insights to the Procurement teams.

• Proactively support Procurement teams and Procurement Management to develop and implement ad hoc analytical solutions in order to support innovation as well as anticipate and adapt to the needs of our customers and our business.

• Collaborating with other analysts to create and enhance various metrics for development and reporting.

• Completing additional duties as assigned, including assisting with increased workload during seasonal volume, storm recovery, service level recovery, and other events.

• Managing the ticket queue and completing ad hoc requests and projects from that queue by gathering requirements, setting and communicating a due date, and developing a business-appropriate solution

• Providing analytical support, summaries, and recommendations through data warehouse extraction, business intelligence, and expert collaboration to the Procurement teams and Procurement Management

• Proactively collaborate with Procurement teams and Procurement Management to develop and implement ad hoc analytical solutions to support innovation as well as anticipate and adapt to the needs of our customers and our business

• Creating and enhancing various metrics for development and reporting

• Managing a range of settings that directly impact the organization’s product procurement strategies

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Programming, SQL, VBA, and Python experience preferred

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Coding and programming experience

• Strong business accumen

• Procurement, forecasting, and procurement systems experience preferred

Years Of Experience

• 0-2: Years of wholesale or retail industry experience preferred
