C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. Customer Service Rep II in Keene, New Hampshire
As Customer Service Representative II, you will be the internal and external management group when it comes to the "behind the scenes" data and inventory reconciliation. Includes but not limited to placing product on hold, research requests, discrepancy checking, data integrity management and project management / disposal.
Research inbound accuracy with warehouse personnel and providing feedback to Partners. This includes but is not limited to item specifications, date code verification, mislabeled product and quantity accuracy.
Hold research, release, and placement at requested parameters from the Partner. Quality research to National Recall products as requested.
Request project rework management to warehouse personnel. Destruction creation and management to warehouse personnel with closed loop feedback to Partners.
Coordinate with Partners when setting up new items to receive in and new customers to ship the product to. Substituting or converting one item for another based on the Partner request.
At the Partner request, changing the parameters that the item is shipped which is not limited but may include Ship Life rules, extending the shippable days window and forced item substitutions.
Research the root cause of items being cut from shipping on outbound orders or shipping out of FIFO rotation.

Specialized Knowledge: Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft tools.
Special Skills: Superb customer relations skills.
Other: Must be able to work under the pressure of a deadline with a high sense of urgency.
