Acts as a liaison between the company’s partners and the many departments of ES3 to resolve any emerging problems that our vendors, carriers, and customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responds to customer’s inquiry by showing an understanding of the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries
and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; and verifying customer’s understanding of information provided.

You will contribute by:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing a high level of service through our telephone and email channels. Customer service inquiries would include orders, customer service resolution and follow-up to ensure customer retentionand satisfaction.
Proficiency in handling customer service inquiries and incoming calls and emails 25%
Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction15%
Ensure accurate and timelyfeedback to customer inquiries.25%
Responsible for researching and resolving complaints and inquiries25%
Effectively manage work hours and demonstrate strong organizational skills.10%
Your selection will be based on workingmore than 50% of the time in that environment
- Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft tools.
Special Skills : Superb customer relations skills.
Must be able to work under the pressure of a deadline with a high sense of urgency.
Must be an independent worker, but an overall team player.
