Position Overview

As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for administrative processes in support of various HR Programs. You will interact with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) Teams for program oversight, educational alignment, content generation & troubleshooting.
Job Description
Full Time, Hybrid Role
Location: 10 Optical Ave., Keene, NH 03431
You will contribute by:
Analyze and solve cases and inquiries in assigned HR Operations program(s) submitted over the phone, via email, and case management system.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly administrative tasks associated with your assigned HR Operations program(s). Duties may include running reports, auditing data, communications with business leaders and HR, and/or tracking data/trends.
Provide additional administrative support outside of assigned HR Operations program(s), including supporting team-wide projects.
Conduct testing of new systems and processes proposed in support of assigned HR Operations program(s). Support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist the Employee Resource Center as needed in processing cases and providing superior customer service to all C&S employees.
Additional duties or projects as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Google Suites experience a plus.
Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow Platforms preferred.
2-5 years of customer service and administrative experience or related experience required.
0-2 years of Human Resources HR Shared Services, and/or data analysis experience or equivalent education preferred.
0-2 years of experience with HR systems and/or case management systems preferred.
0-2 years of warehouse, retail, and/or union workforce experience preferred.
