Position Overview

As an Assoc Analyst, Retail System, you will be involved with set-up, installation and maintenance of various hardware and software systems and will assist the end user to bring system issues to resolution.

Description

• Install and maintain retail system hardware and operating system software including servers, desktops, remote terminals, scale networking, UPS's, electronic time clocks, printers, modems, routers, scanners, etc.

• Provide on-site technical support to users of retail system hardware and operating system software, including replacing equipment, ensuring backup systems are working and updates are made in the terminals, and addressing any issues at the store level

• Calibrate, replace, and fix Weights & Measure scales and submit documentation as necessary (upon obtaining Weights & Measures Certification for scales as required for WI & IL)

• Travel Required:Yes

• Office : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)
