C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. Help Desk Rep II in Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Position Overview

As a Help Desk Rep II, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for individuals requesting assistance from the Help Desk. This position requires the ability to provide consistent, personable, professional customer service in response to requests for assistance. You are not expected to directly answer all Help Desk questions asked by customers, vendors or personnel. If an immediate resolution cannot be provided, you will use Help Desk software to forward the issue to the proper person for resolution.

  • Resolve common problems related to use of supported hardware and software

  • Gather and document detailed information on Help Desk calls

  • Use Help Desk software to forward problems to the most appropriate individual for calls that require advanced support

  • Perform maintenance activities on the Help Desk software to maintain current and correct information

  • Work on projects as assigned by supervisor

  • Travel Required:No

Environment

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

  • 0-2 : Experience with general computer hardware operations (printers, monitors, hard drives, network communications, etc.) preferred
