As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help develop and implement strategies, programs and policies that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse, and talented candidates. In this role, you will provide overall direction and management to a team of recruiters and partner with regional HR business partners and senior management to identify and successfully on board highly-qualified key talent. You will be creative about finding talent, and then be able to influence and execute flawlessly.

Job Description

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: Flexible within the Northeast Locations

You will contribute by:

  • Supporting warehouses in the Northeast. Locations include- Windsor Locks, CT - Suffield, CT - Westfield, MA - Hatfield, MA - Brattleboro, VT

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition & Operations leadership to develop a recruitment strategy that ensures we deliver on business outcomes by evaluating, recommending, and implementing creative, cost-effective approaches to the recruitment process.

  • Build and maintain an extensive network of professional relationships and develop a large passive and active candidate pool in order to fill positions quickly, and with the most qualified talent.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within regional facilities and corporate functions, including working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition branding team to explore potential external opportunities, events and partnerships to further C&S's outreach efforts

  • Measure and drive recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually improve the effectiveness of the function. Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers around KPIs and progress against goals.

  • Lead, mentor and develop members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the right level of partnership with hiring managers, successful execution of hiring plans and deliver against commitments related to candidate experience.

  • Use real-time data to develop talent acquisition metrics to monitor and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability

  • Ensure data integrity is maintained within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP compliance regulations.

  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

  • Travel Required: Yes, weekly travel.

We’re searching for candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience combined with extensive experience in executive search from a corporate OR search firm

  • 2+ years as a people manager; demonstrated experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment, highly desirable

  • Subject matter expertise in developing recruitment strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership

  • Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to build and develop dynamic recruitment teams focused on delivering results that align with business needs and strategies

  • Excellent assessment and facilitation skill set to support hiring managers and Human Resources business partners

  • Strong organizational savvy, executive presence

  • Relationship management skills to promote team interaction across the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels

  • Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and resilience is key

  • Outstanding leadership skills; high orientation for cross functional influencing and teaming

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and problem solving ability – both strategic and tactical planning

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications

  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit applicant tracking system a plus
