Associate Recruiters are vital to this mission through recruiting and selecting candidates for consideration to work in hourly distribution roles. Working with key stakeholders, planning, coordinating, and implementing strategies with lead to maintaining quality pipelines for key positions and proactive growth.

Full Time, Standard business hours
York, Pennsylvania
You will contribute by:
Recruiting hourly, non-exempt hires for multiple roles and functions across a region or specific facility
Sourcing and thoroughly evaluating candidates; checking personal qualifications against job requirements
Developing relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles
Qualifying candidates through behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks
Providing an aggressive hiring plan; building confidence and credibility with hiring managers; presenting candidate synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinating on-site interviews; conducting, analyzing, and discussing reference checks with hiring managers
Finalizing offers to candidates and assisting with coordinate on-boarding
Utilizing and maintaining applicant tracking system; EEO compliance tracking
Contributing to special projects when necessary

Office Environment – about 65°F to 75°F
This role will be hybrid – remote (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
We’re searching for candidates with:
One or more years of experience in a high volume recruiting role
Capability to speak, read, and write both Spanish and English
Ability to work a hybrid – remote schedule
Strong ability to follow standard procedures
Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others
Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
