    At C&S, we offer options for comprehensive medical plans with no waiting period for eligibility. In fact, our employees qualify for coverage on their very first day with us. Employees choose their plan, all of which provide preventative care at 100% coverage in‐network. The “My C&S Wellness Program” is also available to assist employees with wellness initiatives. Telemedicine, Health Savings Account (HSA) and other tax-free programs are also available.

  • Dental

    C&S employees are offered the flexibility to choose the dental plan that best fits their individual needs. Our plans are designed to encourage preventative care, which is covered at 100%. Options include low or no-deductible plans as well as plans including orthodontic coverage.

  • Vision

    C&S offers a VSP Vision Plan with a significant savings available on basic eye care costs. One set of prescription glasses are covered per calendar year, and in and out of network coverage is available for frames, lenses & contacts.

  • EAP

    The C&S Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees and their family members with personal challenges through confidential counseling and referral assistance for things like child care, elder care & more. The program is automatically provided to our employees and is available 24 hours per day/7 days per week/ 365 days per year.

  • Life Insurance

    C&S employees are covered from unforeseen life events with Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, paid for 100% by the company. Optional Life Insurance for employees and their families and Short and Long-term disability options are also available for additional peace of mind.

  • 401K Retirement Plan

    C&S’s 401K Retirement Plan is designed to assist employees in maintaining financial independence during retirement years. C&S matches 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% of the next 2% towards their savings goals. Matching contributions began at the same time employee contributions begin.

  • Paid Vacation & Holiday Pay

    C&S employees earn Vacation, Personal & Sick paid time-off, based on years of service. All regular full-time employees who work at least 32 hours per week are eligible for holiday pay.

  • Tuition Assistance

    C&S supports employees’ educational goals by providing 100% tuition reimbursement (up to $5250 per year) for pre-approved educational opportunities. The program is available to employees after just one year of employment with the company.

  • Adoption Assistance

    $10,000 financial reimbursement is offered to C&S employees (for each adopted child) to help cover the cost of adoption expenses. Eligible employees will also receive two (2) weeks of paid time-off for bonding time to spend with their new addition.
